Privacy policy

How FINYANTRA handles personal data collected through this website. Last updated 2026.

Who we are

This website is operated by FINYANTRA Labs (“FINYANTRA”, “we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, contact privacy@finyantra.tech.

What we collect

  • Enquiry data you submit through our consultation form or WhatsApp: name, email, phone number, company, role, budget range, project scope and any notes.
  • Marketing attribution: campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), click identifiers passed by advertising platforms, the page you landed on and the referring website.
  • Technical data generated automatically when you browse: approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, and pages viewed.

We do not ask for and do not want financial account details, identity documents or trading credentials through this website.

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiry and prepare a proposal (contractual necessity / legitimate interest).
  • To measure which campaigns and pages generate genuine enquiries (legitimate interest, or consent where required).
  • To keep records of business communications and comply with our own legal obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use enquiry data for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal effects.

Analytics, advertising and cookies

Where enabled, this site loads measurement tags from advertising and analytics providers (for example Meta, Google, LinkedIn or TikTok) so we can attribute enquiries to campaigns. These providers may set cookies or similar identifiers and act as independent controllers for the data they collect under their own policies. Campaign parameters are also stored in your browser’s local and session storage so attribution survives navigation. You can block or delete these at any time in your browser settings, and using browser or extension-level controls will not prevent you from contacting us or submitting the form.

Where data is stored and who processes it

Enquiry data is stored in our managed database and email infrastructure, and lead notifications may be delivered to our team through messaging services such as Telegram or WhatsApp. Our processors host in the EU or other regions with appropriate safeguards; international transfers rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms. We can provide a current subprocessor list on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for up to 24 months from your last interaction so we can follow up on conversations that restart, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Records required for accounting or contractual reasons are kept for the period applicable law requires.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our use of your personal data, to receive a copy in portable form, and to withdraw consent where our use relies on it. Email privacy@finyantra.tech and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited to the people who need it, and administrative access requires authentication with role-based permissions. Our engineering controls are described on our security page. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify affected people and regulators where the law requires it.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices change. The current version always appears on this page. Material changes affecting existing enquiries will be communicated by email where we hold one.
