Everything on this site is general information about our software engineering services. Nothing here is legal, regulatory, licensing, tax, investment or financial advice, and nothing constitutes an offer to provide regulated financial services. Timelines, price ranges and capability descriptions are indicative and depend on scope; they become binding only in a signed statement of work.

We build software for licensed and regulated firms. Obtaining and maintaining any licence, and deciding whether a product may be offered in a given jurisdiction, remains the client’s responsibility with their own legal advisers.

Project work is governed by a master services agreement and statements of work covering scope, milestones, fees, acceptance, confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property assignment, warranties and liability. Submitting an enquiry or booking a call creates no contract and no obligation on either side.

The FINYANTRA name, logo, page copy, layouts and graphics on this site belong to us and may not be copied or reproduced for commercial use without written permission. Third-party names, platforms and protocols referenced on this site (for example exchanges, brokers, cloud providers or trading platforms) belong to their respective owners; mentioning interoperability does not imply endorsement or partnership unless stated.

Work product created for a client is assigned to that client under the relevant statement of work as described there.

• Do not attempt to access non-public areas, accounts or data on this site.
• Do not scrape, overload or interfere with the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not submit false enquiries, malicious content or another person’s data without their consent.

We aim to keep this site available and accurate but provide it “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
